Hi, I've changet Ticket::Hook to "Request#" and Ticket::NumberGenerator to AutoInc While Hook is applied to all ticket, I noticed that new ticket Number format is only applied to ticket that are created by mails sent to helpdesk address. Ticket created through OTRS web interface (Phone and Email tickets) still have old numbering (Date generator). How to solve this? Thanks Nikola
