Hi, I have managed to make them show up in these views, but I had to give the user ALL (rw) permissions in groups responsible for specific queues. How could I get a 'supervisor' user (just checking things, not modifying) to see queues in DashBoard/QueueView? bye, Filip Zyzniewski Tefnet
