jsj: Of course. Locking a ticket means, you pull the ticket to your attention. I do this, because _I_ want to answer the ticket, but cannot do this _now_, because there is information missing, I will get during the next few hours. To keep others from answering the ticket incorrect, I remove the ticket from public view. It is then in my folder 'own tickets' (or the like), and I can answer it when the missing information arrives. OK?
