Also Im not sure how this is stuctured whether OTRS uses its own apache instance or the system apache as there are various apache config scripts in /opt/otrs/scripts that perhaps are not being loaded by SuSE version??? Regardless, none of this are issues with OTRS if installed from project the tar ball (as I have done in the past) and seem to be issues with SuSE's 9.2 packaging of the same. Hints on how to get this going would be appreciated and sorry for wasting your time on this one. /ch
