That's what I thought, looks great! Now if I could get it to do that on my install. I am doing testing on an installation that was updated from 2.3 if that makes any difference. Any ideas on how I can trouble shoot this? I don't think that I am misinterpreting the term inline. It does mean viewing attachments such as jpeg and png files inline or alongside said email.
I have set Framework -> Core::Web AttachmentDownloadType: inline
Am I missing something here?
Inline images means this hier, shown between 1:10 and 2:10. http://otrs.org/news/2009/you_tube/ It's for email inbound and outbound. It's working in OTRS 2.4 per default. -Martin --------------------------------------------------------------------- OTRS mailing list: otrs - Webpage: http://otrs.org/ Archive: http://lists.otrs.org/pipermail/otrs To unsubscribe: http://lists.otrs.org/cgi-bin/listinfo/otrs NEW!
