[otrs] Need TicketID in TicketStdResponseString()

hi All, Is there a documentation that shows the relationships in OTRS database, for ex: primary & foreign keys. The problem is when I insert a new ticket to the database externally, the system recognizes the ticket, however it doesnt show any info related instead of a notice in the blue part saying "Need TicketID in TicketStdResponseString()".
