Hello. I wanted to delete tickets in "Junk Queue" every night. I configured Generic Agent "Junk" thru web interface (I do not have access in database). However, when I run the Generic Agent "Junk" all tickets in OTRS are all deleted not just tickets in Junk Queue. How do I resolve this problem? Thanks in advance. (: Marilyn
