Dear all,
Is it possible to see the owner of each ticket in the All Ticket
view?
(http://SERVERNAME/otrs/index.pl?Action=AgentTicketQueue&QueueID=0&ViewAll=1)
I have been searching around in Sysconfig but can find anything
there.
Is there a file that I can easily alter to make the change (OTRS\Kernel\Output\HTML\Standard\AgentTicketQueue.dtl
or something)
I am not a programmer so a simple solution would be appreciated.
