What happens when you connect with http:\\127.0.0.1\
Thanks for replying. I get the same error if I use localhost/ or 127. I can login but can't create a new user: can't resolve "localhost" to address at /usr/lib/perl5/vendor_perl/5.8.8/i386-linux-thread-multi/Net/DNS/Resolver/Base.pm line 750.
