[otrs] OTRS doesn't handle UTF-8 emails in HTML format?

Whenever an UTF-8 email in HTML format is sent to OTRS here, all UTF-8 characters (like German umlauts etc.) are garbled into something like: �ö�� The same UTF-8 email sent in plain text format is displayed correctly. Is it just my setup? If not, is there a workaround to that? I use OTRS 2.2.3 -- Tomasz Chmielewski http://wpkg.org
