Hi Richard, What I do is simply use the import external data function in Excel which is under the data menu. Import the csv files as is but specify that the delimiter is a semi colon instead of a comma. This does the job and it is better than modifying the code, well IMHO it is. Hello,
I am currently looking into setting up reports by exporting .csv file out of OTRS. Unfortunately the .csv files are coming out with ; instead of , between the columns of data thus Excel (in this case) is putting all of the information in one column.
Does anyone know where to amend the syntax so that , are used and not ;?
Regards
Richard
