You should be aware that the email address of the client inserted is in the customer table and that the user is associated to a customer company HTH MV 2010/1/22 Sebastien Bory

When a agent create a ticket via phone ticket, the customer don’t see this request on the web interfaces (http://mysites.com/otrs/customer.pl)

It is normal or I have forget something ?
