The "Home" button is now the [OTRS] link (it's more highlighted in RC2). I also added the refresh to the AgentMailbox screen.
Also, in the customer interface area, I was having a really hard time (as in, I couldn't do it) setting the 'Show Closed Tickets' preference to 'No'.
