All that I see in the C:\OTRS folder of my Windows 7 install is: CRONw Nysql OTRS Otrs4win StrawberryPerl Uninstall (file) In my Windows Server 2012 install however I DO see Apache and the log file shows an "Unable to calculate time scale" error each time the error occurs! Any ideas? Thanks again for your help Renee! -----Original Message----- From: otrs-bounces@otrs.org [mailto:otrs-bounces@otrs.org] On Behalf Of Renee B Sent: Friday, August 09, 2013 4:00 PM To: otrs@otrs.org Subject: Re: [otrs] Consistent AJAX communication errors are ruining my experience On 09.08.2013 21:34, jose.salviati@accenture.com wrote:
Httpd lives in /otrs/var but there are no log files anywhere in that folder?!?! Daniel (or anyone) do you know what versions of Windows are supported? I know for you Daniel you never got it to work under Windows, but that is my best option. I am using Windows 7 - could that be the problem?
If OTRS is installed in C:\OTRS\OTRS, Apache is installed in C:\OTRS\Apache. In that folder you should find C:\OTRS\Apache\logs\error.log -- Perl / OTRS development: http://perl-services.de OTRS AddOn repository: http://opar.perl-services.de --------------------------------------------------------------------- OTRS mailing list: otrs - Webpage: http://otrs.org/ Archive: http://lists.otrs.org/pipermail/otrs To unsubscribe: http://lists.otrs.org/cgi-bin/listinfo/otrs This message is for the designated recipient only and may contain privileged, proprietary, or otherwise confidential information.
