Yes, my colleague renamed it, so it was no longer working. I rename it back to open, but change the name in Language file. It's look likes better. I think that now it's clear. Thanks. It looks like you changed some StateTypes. OTRS needs a StateType called 'open', but apparently this is not in your database.
