Hi All, I want to create some management reports like - age of ticket, tickets that are not assigned for more than a certain days, number of tickets opened/closed per day per queue etc. I was wondering if there is a facility to prepare such reports in OTRS (2.3.4) or some one has done these kind of reports. I am a newbie to OTRS and your help is greatly appreciated. Thanks
