Or, add this line inside the container:

ErrorDocument 403 /otrs/index.pl Okay, added that and restarted apache. I'm still getting a 403 error, but a bit more info on the 403 page: Forbidden You don't have permission to access /otrs/ on this server.

Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request. ~ David
