Just to be clear, I've tailed the apache access and error logs while recreating this error.  NOTHING pops up as an error.  There is a message about a successful redirect.  As such I have no target to shoot at.  No telemetry that points to anything specific.  And if it WERE a webserver issue I would be unable to log in to the system AT ALL, right?  I mean to connect to the admin interface you have to go to http://<server>/otrs/index.pl

Or am I missing something more subtle?

You don't have permission to access /otrs/index.pl on this server

This seems to be a webserver issue, isn’t it?

Cheers, Nils
