Dear Guido, thanks for your report, I just fixed the error that you saw. If you want, you can try the latest DBUpdate-to-3.1.pl from here: http://source.otrs.org/viewvc.cgi/otrs/scripts/DBUpdate-to-3.1.pl?view=log It was related to free time fields configuration, not article free time configuration (that might be another bug). I do not use the TicketFreeTime fields, so they should be NULL.
Has someone already had this problem ?
