[otrs] Aversion to errors - hostname: Unknown host.

All, I have a problem with error messages - I used to write code so I know they are there for a reason :-) SO even though it all seems to work fine the error message output on installation... Check OTRS user ... otrs added Hostname: Unknown host ...bugs me. Does anyone know why ?
