Hi All, We are evaluating OTRS for use as our primary Helpdesk Ticketing system, and have a basic install up and running. When using the Customer portal customer.pl page, we get the error "Customer user can't be added!" when a customer attempts to create a new account. We are using the internal OTRS database as our source. Thanks
