1.Is it possible to achieve above requirement ? Yes. Consult the documentation for your WWW server (Apache, in this case) for instructions on how to set up multiple virtual hosts, and then use that information to install a copy of the OTRS code in a separate directory for each virtual host. You will need to adapt some of the scripts to cope with the different directory hierarchy for each instance; which ones will become obvious in short order. You'll also need to create a new database table set to be used by each instance, and change the database configuration in each OTRS installation to reflect the different table set for each instance. If you want guaranteed help or response time, a detailed list of steps, or need a level of hand-holding to accomplish something outside of the ordinary OTRS install process, you should invest some money in some professional services from OTRS itself or any of the companies represented by the people posting here to do that for you on a consulting basis. If you've done some reading, checked Google or your favorite search engine, and tried some things on your own, and then have specific questions about what you've tried on your own, ask away and people will chime in with what they know, but don't expect - or ask for - consulting time or a free solution.
