The junk queue is just a normal queue, I guess. So tickets and attachments will stay on your system forever. You could very easily create a Generic Agent job that would delete tickets from the Junk queue, for instance after they have been in there for a week.
oh, sorry. I forgot to mention that there already is a job to delete tickets from the junk queue. I know from 2.3 that the tickets are deleted from the DB.
I was just wondering wether the files will be deleted, too, when switching to disk storage.
