I used this one:
ftp://ftp.otrs.org/pub/otrs/RPMS/suse/7.3/otrs-1.1.3-01.i386.rpm
Because of the fact the system runs on SuSe Linux 7.3 ;) Maybe I have to
download the tar and do it again by hand.. :(

After using SetPermissions.sh the procedure leads to an Internal Server Error instead of the message mentioned :/ I installed otrs as a
rpm. Thought this should work without much manual setup..
Right you are. Which rpm did you use? Please provide the exact filename and d/l location, if available.
