All,
I am playing about with notes in OTRS. I have added a filed
in sysconfig

Ticket::DefaultNextNoteStateType: |

Waiting on customer. However when I create a test ticket and
then add a note I cannot see this status or any statuses for that matter. The only
field I get to see is note_type which is defined as being internal
Can anyone help please
