Hi! I am about to introduce OTRS in my organization but I need to meet a strict requirement. An user should be able to print (as a PDF file) ALL the tickets he locked, better if ordered as the current view, clicking on a simple link. Anybody knows if it is possible setting suitable parameters in Sysconfig? Or simple modifications of OTRS scripts? It would be great to be able to print the Ticket Status View, which I enabled in Sysconfig, since it reports an useful summary of locked tickets. Any ideas will be very appreciated.
