All emails come into that machine as the primary Mail Exchanger. I have OTRS running on a second Windows Server 2003r2 Standard system, and want to get the incoming support emails from the SBS box. All I can see is POP3 settings, but they are not working, presumably because I am not running POP on the main email server. Can someone assist me in making the correct setting changes to enable email reception? Sending is working fine. Thanks Mike Hayward
