note-internal: note just shown for agents (agent to agent) note-external: note shown for agent and customer (should _not_ be used as communication between customer and agent!) I added a glossary to the doc, maybe it's useful: http://otrs.org/docu/glossary.html
Stats:
What statistics are available from version 1.0.2-01? All I can see is total tickets with its closed status.
What Graphs are available? I see a heading under the 'stats' page, but no graphs, nor did I find any documentation about such.
Currently there is just a ticket-state overview and a ticket-action-graph (created by bin/mkStats.pl). Of course you can create custom stats by using the SQL database (there are no examples available).
