Hi All,

One more question regarding this what if I want the customer can see different queue w.r.t. the product they Purchase; For Ex..

In my setup I created  queue  on the basis of product like (Monitor, CPU etc)

1) If  A customer   purchase monitor  only from our company so in its customer interface he will be able to see only Monitor queue.
2) If B customer purchase  monitor and CPU both from  our company so in its customer interface he will be able to see both the queue.

Is it possible we can manage the queue like that.

you find it in SysConfig in CustomerFrontend::Module###CustomerTicketMessage.
