Hi all,
I think this is a bug but before post it in the bugzilla, I would like to know if it is not a bug in my brain.
I have users in a group R&D. A queue "Equipe R&D" who is associated to the R&D group.
I try to Phone View or Compose Email. I select a customer from my LDAP and I take it. I Select "Equipe R&D" as "To:" , and the list of owner is false. The list have only 2 names and the group have 4 names.
I have tried with other Group/Queue and I have the same problem.
I have found the problem after a good night. Users who are listed as owner when selecting a queue in Phone View or Compose Email are users who is in the group associated with the queue AND who have selected the queue in his preference as a custom queue. My question is now, there is a way to force users who have rw right in a queue to have the queue as custom queue ? OR There is a way to modify the owner selection to select all 'rw' member of the queue even if the agent haven't selected the queue as custom queue ?
