Hi Michiel,
This attachment is always empty. That´s why I want to filter that attachment. The customer is not able to locate the problem, why this attachment is always sent with a message / reply. Therefore I want to filter it when the mails are fetched into OTRS.

Hi Markus,
Why don't you want your customer's attachments? Can't you just ask
them to stop sending them in if you don't like them?
you could develop a custom Postmaster module, see the Developer documentation.
http://doc.otrs.org/developer/2.4/en/html/x576.html#ticket-postmaster-module
This way your code will run just when the emails are fetched and processed.
