[otrs] Adding a custom icon next to locked tickets

Hello, I would like to add another icon/function next to the "locked tickets", "my work orders" icons in the top of the page. I wanted to add the number of tickets of a custom state I created and it should appear there if there are any tickets in this state where may i look for that? this can be done? Thanks
