I have installed OTRS out of the box&nbsp; ... so far so good !<br><br>I installed ldap as authentication mechanism , works !<br>Now I want to use Oracle as my repository for my data ..... storing tickets etc. I have installed Oracle with the DDL from OTRS. <br><br>I changed all the parameters in Config.pm to point to Oracle .. at least I think so...<br><br>I stop MySQL ... when I start OTRS and try to hit the login url I get an error, OTRS can't find MySQL .&nbsp;&nbsp; What am I missing here, using Oracle as a backend it still needs mySQL ?&nbsp; <br>Does anybody have clear instructions what needs to be configured and where in order to have Oracle as a repository for the tickets ?<br><br>Thanks<br>Chris<br><br><p>&#32;
