Hello, I found a setting in SysConfig that can make a list of agents to notify when a ticket is closed by clicking close. However, I'd also like to be notified when a ticket is closed via an email reply with the next state being "closed successful" Ideally, i'd like one person in my organization to be notified about every single ticket that gets closed. Is there a way to do this? Jeff.
