Hi there,
after using OTRS a while, we sometimes are getting errors from the cron job
of OTRS:
Why can´t OTRS send to a mail address sometimes, and how to stop this error?
Can I turn
off somewhere something so that OTRS only tries once to send and goes to the
next mail?
This error mail I´m receiving every 5 minutes (because we´re fetching our
mails every 5 minutes).
Why is OTRS sending this error again and again? How to turn it off and
prevent such errors
in the future?
The second error message " Send no more emails to '<>'! Max. count of 40 has
been reached!"
occurs, because we have a contact form on our homepage. This contact form
ALWAYS sends
two Emails to our account instead of one: One email with the right content
and one without filled-in
data ...
Any ideas?
