There is little bug: I am using a lot of pending tickets so there are few moments when I am trying to set a pending and I get : "Internal Server Error 500".
Where is the bug: when I set the pending time I set: 31 Feb 2004...what a glorious day. :) So if any one of you encounters this issue please make sure the date is OK.
Any way, I think for future versions OTRS should include protection against such errors.
