Hello everyone!<br><br>I initially installed OTRS via a debian package and wanted to have the newest version. So I&#39;ve upgrade my&nbsp; OTRS Installation, from 2.0.4 to 2.2.3, by following the steps below:<br><ul><li>Database and OTRS 
2.0.4 files (/usr/share/otrs and /var/lib/otrs) backup;</li><li>Execution of database scripts (to 2.1 and then to 2.2)<br></li><li>Replaced all files in those folders with the OTRS newer version;</li><li>Issued: ./SetPermission.sh
</li><li>Fixed some minor configuration problems with Apache (wrong path in otrs.conf)</li></ul><br>Then my OTRS was upgraded. I could notice that because of the many language updates I got and because the FAQ module was no longer present. But the version information on the lower right corner still says it&#39;s 
2.0.4. And as I tried to install the FAQ module I got the message:<br><br>&nbsp;Message: Sorry, can&#39;t install package, because the framework version required by the package (2.2.x) does not match your Framework (2.0.4)!!<br>
<br>Has anyone ever experienced this kind of problem? Where is OTRS version information kept?<br><br>Any help is appreciated,<br><br>Harry Cruz<br><br><br>
