[otrs] Internal Server Error: while adding a new user

hi, just configured OTRS, and logged in from Admin filled the form to add a new user. which on submit gave the following error: Internal Server Error The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request. Please contact the server administrator, FK@netxs.com and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.
