Hello list, I would like to set up the following scenario on a per-queue basis - has this functionality been implemented yet? Scenario: Any time an agent sends an answer from queue FOO, automatically add FOO-staff at mydomain.net to the BCC field by default. Please let me know if anyone has this working - we're currently using OTRS v2.1.5 on CentOS.
