We have recently installed otrs. We are having difficulty in tracing the closed tickets. Please help me When a ticket is closed, it is not easily visible in the 'front view' (as it should be, btw).
You can browse your 'archives' using the Search function.
Besides that I would really like an option to view queue archives in a nice one-row-per-ticket table (as with other Ticket systems like Cerberus). If the workaround with a search-template doesn't work out for you, we would love to develop such a feature for you!
