I recommend you to install OTRS without YAST. Simply download
http://ftp.otrs.org/pub/otrs/RPMS/suse/10.0/otrs-2.4.5-01.noarch.rpm,
install it using
rpm -ivh otrs-2.4.5-01.noarch.rpm
If any dependency is missing, search for it at
http://download.opensuse.org/distribution/11.2/repo/oss/suse/i586/, download
it and install it using the same method ;)

Hello, I am installing a server to use OTRS 2.4.5. I am using OpenSuse 11.2. When I install OTRS using YaST2, the version thats appear is 2.2.6. I prefeer install this version 2.2.6 using YaST2, because I have all the dependencies automatically installed. It´s valid I do a install of 2.2.6 version and then I upgrade to OTRS 2.4.5?
