Hello,

I am testing OTRS::ITSM 3.1 before upgrading our OTRS 3.0 environment.

In our production system, the default value for Impact is ‘1 very low’, done changing ‘TicketFreeText14::DefaultSelection’ ConfigItem.

In OTRS 3.1, I have to go to Dynamic Fields -> TicketFreeText14 and select the default value… but TicketFreeText14, as created by the update script, has no choice, so I don’t know how to select one…

Should I manually input the choices and then select one of them? If so, which keys should I use? Or maybe is there a ConfigItem I should create?
