Hello, I'm running OTRS 2.0 on a SuSE Linux system. When I go in to the new ticket web page and search on a customer, I get the following error: customer@company.com (no mail exchanger (mx) found!) I googled this and couldn't find anything useful. Is this a bug? How do I go about diagnosing and fixing this? Thanks, Braun Brelin
