There is the Survey

could create a simple "Are you happy with support?" question
but it wouldn't be as fancy as http://smiley.37signals.com

Hey Guys,
is there any known "addon" for a voting System for otrs? My point is, that the customer is able to vote for the Support if they satisfied or not ;)
