Meanwhile, I'd like to put in some text directing users to use a single word in their searches. I've looked through the .dtl files in otrs/Kernel/Output/HTML/Standard but can't find the one that builds this form: http://shambhala.org/otrs/public.pl?Action=PublicFAQ&Subaction=Search&QuickSearch=1&CategoryIDs=0&What=

Anyone know where this is located?

Hi Greg,

This was actually also reported as a bug, which has been fixed in
upcoming 2.4.8. Please look at the bug report to see how to apply the
patch to your existing 2.4.x installation.
