I think there is a risk to give admin rigths tu user
customers to any place of a system that must be managed by helpdesk and MIS
team.
A FAQ is published "available" to be
asked.

Hi all,
I have the FAQ console set up on our
OTRS, but I’d like to be able to give some of our customers admin rights to the
FAQ. Is there a way I can do this?
