[otrs] options with tickets

When a ticket arrives in the queue, you get a few option, like lock, priority a.s.o. Is it possible to add a move option to move the mail to another queue, without having to zoom the ticket (this could be very nice with spam ;-) grtz -- Hans Scheffers
