Hi Rodrigo,
I guess you could. This would break your packaging system though. It
might be easiest to install via the rpm from the website:
http://ftp.otrs.org/pub/otrs/RPMS/suse/10.0/otrs-2.4.5-01.noarch.rpm
You can still install RPMs with Yast, if you want to:
yast -i /path_to_rpm_file/filename.rpm

Hello, I am installing a server to use OTRS 2.4.5. I am using OpenSuse 11.2. When I install OTRS using YaST2, the version thats appear is 2.2.6. I prefeer install this version 2.2.6 using YaST2, because I have all the dependencies automatically installed. It´s valid I do a install of 2.2.6 version and then I upgrade to OTRS 2.4.5?
Thanks in advance, Rodrigo Corrêa
