A couple of questions............. 1. Is it possible to set the ticket state that a ticket goes into after its pending period to "Open" ? 2. Do any of the "states" stop the clock running from an ITIL perspective. ie we don't want the clock to run when the ticket is "awaiting customer" for example ? Any help gratefully received.
