Yes I have potsed a ticket to the queue and when I log in as aperson with admin rights I can see the ticket but when I log in as the tech I have created I can't see the queue or the ticket.

I would like to create a technician that can only see one queue and nothing else and I don't want him to be able to change his preferences to see every other queue. I have given him access in the profile but I can't see the queue when I log in with that ID.
